Teaching Austrian Economics to Graduate Students

This article explains Professor Boettke's teaching strategy as well as my advice to the two generations of students I have taught as a graduate student teacher in Austrian Economics.

Teaching Austrian economics to graduate students is an important part of spreading Austrian ideas through the profession. In the classroom it is important for graduate students to not only master the ideas of Austrian economics but also to train them to become productive scholars within the profession. Students must learn to follow their interests and engage in their comparative advantage within the profession. You are what you write.
