Anne Philpot

Legal Research Associate

Anne Philpot is a legal research associate at the Mercatus Center at George Mason University. Her research focuses on government favoritism towards particular businesses and industries. Anne has coauthored a number of policy briefs and her work has appeared in The Washington Post, Law360, and US News & World Report. Prior to joining Mercatus, she interned at the Washington Policy Center in Seattle.

Anne is a JD candidate at George Mason University Scalia Law School where she serves as notes editor of the George Mason Law Review. She received her BA in political science from Seattle Pacific University.
