Anne Philpot

Anne Philpot was a legal research associate at the Mercatus Center at George Mason University. Her research focused on government favoritism towards particular businesses and industries. Anne has coauthored a number of policy briefs and her work has appeared in The Washington Post, Law360, and US News & World Report.
