Daniel Sutter was a Senior Affiliated Scholar at the Mercatus Center. He's the Charles G. Koch Professor of Economics at the Manuel H. Johnson Center for Political Economy at Troy University. His research interests include the societal impacts of extreme weather and disasters, the economics of the news media and news bias, the value of weather forecasts, and constitutional economics.
Daniel was a Mercatus Center PhD Fellow and completed his PhD in economics at George Mason University in 1993.
