Geert Ensing is a research fellow at the Mercatus Center at George Mason University. He is an economist interested in how monetary and fiscal policy, financial markets, and institutional design intersect. His recent work has centered on how fiscal expectations interact with the price level.He is completing a master’s degree at George Mason University and has worked as a research assistant for Professor Leonidas Zelmanovitz.
