Joshua Rowley

Gibbs Scholar and Research Fellow
Joshua Rowley is a Gibbs Scholar and Research Fellow at the Mercatus Center at George Mason University. His interests include federal spending and taxation, international trade, and the relationship between monetary and fiscal policy.
Prior to joining Mercatus, he was an economist for the US House Committee on the Budget. He earned a BA in economics from Brigham Young University – Idaho and is currently pursuing a PhD in economics from George Mason University.
