Visiting Fellow
Oliver Traldi is a Visiting Fellow with the Emerging Scholars Program at the Mercatus Center at George Mason University. He is a philosopher at the University of Toledo's Institute of American Constitutional Thought and Leadership. He earned his PhD from the University of Notre Dame, has held posts at Princeton University and the University of Tulsa Honors College, authored Political Beliefs: A Philosophical Introduction (2024), and has been published in The Wall Street Journal, The Washington Post, and other public outlets. Recently he has written about subtlety for The Dispatch, Straussianism for Philosophers' Magazine, and liberal education for The Pursuit of Liberalism.
