Ana Mazmishvili is a PhD student in Economics at the Georgia Institute of Technology. She earned an MPP in Public Policy Analysis from Texas A&M University and an MS in Applied Microeconomics and BS in Business Administration from Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University. Her research focuses on the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative introduced in 2009 and how it has influenced emission levels and their distribution across communities in the member states.
