Josefina del Carmen Carcamo Vergara

Josefina Carcamo Vergara is an MA student in political science at Texas Tech University. Her research interests focus on the drivers and consequences of women’s representation and participation in decision-making positions in government and politics. Josefina earned an MPA in public affairs from Indiana University Bloomington and an undergraduate law degree from the University of Cartagena, Colombia.
