Rachel Devenney

Rachel Devenney is a second-year MA student in Economics at George Mason University. She earned a BS in Economics from Cedarville University. She was a Don Lavoie Fellow during the 2022-2023 academic year. Her research interests include urban development, public choice, and fiscal policy.
