Rebecca Yemo

Rebecca Yemo is a PhD student in global governance & human security at University of Massachusetts Boston. Her research interests include exploring the impact of the United Nations human rights monitoring mechanisms, particularly the Universal Periodic Review, on advancing women’s rights and children’s rights in Africa. Rebecca earned an MA in international studies from North Carolina State University and a BA in linguistics and Spanish from University of Ghana.
