Oswaldo Silva

Oswaldo Silva is a senior program associate for Academic & Student Programs at the Mercatus Center at George Mason University. He holds a Bachelor's degree in International Studies from the Central University of Venezuela. Previously, he worked for Students For Liberty in its Latin American program and co-authored the book “After Socialism, Liberty.”
