State auditors testified about ways to prevent waste and fraud in the spending of economic stimulus funds. They talked about monitoring economic stimulus projects and providing transparency on how taxpayer funding was being spent on local projects. Mr. Brito spoke about, which allows the public to report how stimulus funds are being spent.
