"High-income people who actually create a lot of the growth are not getting a free lunch here. First, the estate tax is 35 percent, not zero percent, it's 35 percent," said de Rugy. "And remember the health care bill, they are going to get more than a three percent tax on earned income. They are already taxed plenty and they are going to be taxed plenty more."
