Michael Kotrous is a PhD student in economics at the University of Georgia. His research interests include regulatory processes, technological innovation, and entrepreneurship. Michael earned a BA in economics and journalism from Creighton University.
He was formerly a program manager at Mercatus, managing research projects that focusd on regulatory processes, technological innovation, and entrepreneurship. His writings have appeared in USA Today and U.S. News & World Report. Michael earned his B.A. in Economics and Journalism–Advertising at Creighton University in 2015.
