Robert J. Michaels
Robert J. Michaels is professor of economics at California State University, Fullerton, and an independent consultant. He holds an AB from the University of Chicago and a PhD from the University of California, Los Angeles. Michaels has published extensively on energy and regulatory economics in peer-reviewed journals, law reviews, and industry media. He has testified on these issues before regulatory commissions in several states, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, and committees of the US House of Representatives. He is author of Transactions and Strategies, a graduate text in managerial and organizational economics.
