Cameron Tilley is a PhD student in Political Science at Duke University. He earned a BA in Mathematical Economics from Hampden-Sydney College. He was an Adam Smith Fellow during the 2021-2022, and 2022-2023 academic years, and a Don Lavoie Fellow during the 2020-2021 academic year. His research interests include norms in relation to formal law, social capital conditions for spreading norms, and how congressional norms of deficit spending have changed.
