Ciara Horne

Ciara Horne is a PhD student in Systems Engineering at the University of Virginia. She earned a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Maryland. Her research uses data science and spatial analysis to discover alternative ways to quantify the impact that climate-induced dam failures can have on socially marginalized communities in the United States.
