Clarissa Busch is a PhD student in Philosophy at the University of Pennsylvania. She earned an MA in Statistics and Data Science from the University of Pennsylvania and a BA in Philosophy and Economics from the University of Bayreuth. She was an Adam Smith Fellow during the 2019-2020 academic year. Her research argues that framing of climate change as an international tragedy of the commons is misguided, and applies social-norms based approaches to climate change mitigation and adaptation.
