Cornelia Nyadroh is a PhD student in Sociology at the University of Wroclaw. She earned an MPhil in Sociology from National Research University, Higher School of Economics and a BA in Anthropology & Economics from the University of Cape Coast. She was an Elinor Ostrom Fellow during the 2022-2023 academic year. Her research focus is on female politicians and social capital in the north and south of Ghana. She studies the lived experiences and perspectives of Ghanian politicians regarding their political participation and the role of social capital in shaping their political behavior.
