Declan Gemmill is a JD student at the University of Toronto. He earned a BA in Political Science & Philosophy from McGill University. He was a Don Lavoie Fellow during the 2021-2022 academic year. His research interests include the intersections of federalism, mimetic theory, and comparative law.
