Emmanuel Baba Aduku

Emmanuel Baba Aduku is an MPP student in International Public Policy at the University of Erfurt. He earned an MS in Sociology from the University of Ibadan and a BS in Sociology from Ahmadu Bello University. He was a Don Lavoie Fellow during the 2022-2023 academic year. His research interests revolve around issues of political settlements and their effects on development, public sector reform in weak institutional contexts, building state capability, and democratic institutions building.
