Issam Eddine Abail

Issam Eddine Abail is an MPA student at Harvard University and an MBA student at Stanford University. He previously earned an MS in Civil Engineering from Ecole Hassania des Travaux Publics. His research focus is on how digital technology impacts our economy and the way our governments work. Particularly, he is interested in how technology can make governments more effective, and when government intervention to regulate technology is appropriate.
