Matthew Owens

Matthew Owens is a PhD student in Economics at George Mason University. He earned an MA in Economics and a BS in Economics and Mathematics from George Mason University. He previously participated in the Undergraduate Fellowship. His research elucidates how different scholars associated with the classical liberal tradition view war and imperialism.
