Minji Hong

Minji Hong is a PhD student in Public Policy at Georgia State University. She earned an MPP in Development Policy from the Korea Development Institute School of Public Policy and Management and a BA in Business Management from Handong Global University. Her research interests include public finance and public choice. In particular, she is interested in the motivations and consequences of fiscal institutions.
