Răzvan-Ionuț Foncea is an MA student in European Affairs at the The Paris Institute of Political Studies and an MA student in Public Governance, Management, and Policy at Erasmus University Rotterdam. He earned a BA in Leadership of the Public Sector and Security Studies from Babeș-Bolyai University. His research interests are directed towards a variety of areas of policy intervention, specifically, youth & education policy, and the extended role of economic diplomacy in fostering soft power.
