Stephen Evensen

Stephen Evensen is an MS student in Theoretical Biology at the University of Bordeaux. He earned an MTS in Moral Theology from the University of Notre Dame, an MA in Analytic Philosophy from Biola University, and a BA in Political Science from Bethel University. He was a Don Lavoie Fellow during the 2022-2023 academic year. He studies how complex systems emerge without centralized control and how causation in such systems is to be explained, predicted, controlled, and modeled.
