Vicente Guerra Ochoa is a PhD student in Economics at the University of British Columbia. He earned an LLB and a BA in Economics from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México. His research interests include the relationship and coevolution of facts and norms, with a focus on how the coevolution of facts and norms determine different paths of economic development.
