Wolfgang Benedikt Schmal

Wolfgang Benedikt Schmal is a PhD student in Economics at the Heinrich Heine University Düsseldorf. He earned an MS in Quantitative Economics from University College Dublin and a BS in Economics from Free University of Berlin. He was an Oskar Morgenstern Fellow during the 2021-2022 academic year. His research interests include regulatory analysis and institutional analysis, with a particular focus on the publication access aggreements between academic institutions and publishers.
