Rosolino Candela is a program director of Academic & Student Programs and a senior fellow with the F. A. Hayek Program for Advanced Study in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics at the Mercatus Center at George Mason University. Previously, Rosolino was a postdoctoral research associate in Political Theory at Brown University, lecturer of economics at Brown University, and a visiting professor of economics at Universidad Francisco Marroquín. He holds a PhD in Economics from George Mason University, an MA in Economics and International Political Economy & Development from Fordham University, and a BA in History and Philosophy from St. John's University. His research interests include Austrian economics, Public Choice, and development economics. Rosolino was a Mercatus PhD Fellow, a JIN Fellow and a Humane Studies Fellow.
