Virgil Storr is Vice President, Academic & Student Programs, Don C. Lavoie Senior Fellow with the F. A. Virgil received his PhD in economics from George Mason University and his B.A. from Beloit College. While pursuing his PhD in economics at George Mason University, Virgil was a Mercatus Center PhD Fellow.
